I had issues with my ks3 when it arrived, it didnt startup correctly, i had to reach out to them, it took a while but they responded and helped me figure the problem out. i want to give them 4 but because of this experience with the new asic not booting, i give them a 3.

The response time varied, sometimes it was as quick as 30 minutes, other times it took a few hours. As for processing, it took a GOOD couple of days, but that’s because they make sure to test the goods thoroughly before shipping them out.
